The GSA/SSA Office Building is a 50,000SF building that is occupied by the Social Security Administration Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Construction cost for this project is $12M. This project is a LEED project. The systems commissioned include HVAC, Lighting, and Domestic Hot Water.

There were three levels of Owner Project Requirements: GSA, Social Security Administration, and the Office of Adjudication and Review in addition to LEED requirements on this project.

Sound and noise abatement were critical.BD&PS also performed LEED Indoor Air Quality Testing on this building to help achieve LEED Credit EQ 3.2.
